Stateless Citizens: United Kingdom; We are a group of ex-Malaysian BOC's living in Britain. BOC stands for British Overseas Citizen. We now have no state or citizenship anywhere in the world. The Malaysian Government were convinced that BOC meant we could not be Malaysian. In turn, the Home Office insinuated that to become UK Citizens, we must renounce our Malaysian Citizenship. We did. The Home Office changed the rules and now we are completely stateless.
